Which CRMs does Klar sync with?
Zoho CRM today. HubSpot is in a limited beta — email us if you want in. Pipedrive is on the roadmap.
Does the AI ever send messages on my behalf?
By default: no. Klar drafts every reply for your approval. Auto-send is opt-in per number, off-hours only, and comes with guardrails you set (word limits, sentiment thresholds, blocked topics).
What happens on the WhatsApp Business Platform?
For team numbers we use the Meta Cloud API — the official, unblockable path. Meta charges per conversation on top of Klar; those charges pass through at cost with no markup.
Can I use my personal WhatsApp number?
Yes, via QR code (beta). Better for founders + small teams. Meta Cloud API is the right choice once you have volume and want opt-in campaign delivery.
Where is my data stored?
UK data residency by default. EU on the Business tier. We do not train models on your messages. GDPR-ready, SOC 2 Type II in progress.
What if we outgrow the plan mid-month?
We prorate up. You never hit a hard cap that blocks sending — we ping you at 80% and stay live while you decide.
