How we handle your data.

Klar Labs Ltd (“Klar”) processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor. Your leads’ WhatsApp messages, your team’s draft replies, and your CRM contact records are your data — we host them, we don’t own them.

Where. UK data residency by default. EU residency on the Business tier. We do not send message contents to third-party analytics providers.

Training. We do not train language models on your messages. The LLM providers we route through (Anthropic and OpenAI) have contractual no-train commitments for API traffic; those flow through to you.

Access. Row-level security in the database means one tenant’s queries cannot read another tenant’s messages, even accidentally. Support access to your data is logged and requires your explicit approval per session.

Retention. Messages and CRM sync history are retained for the life of your account. On termination we delete within 30 days and purge backups within 90.
