Terms of service.

By using Klar you accept these terms. Klar is provided by Klar Labs Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Klar routes messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform under Meta’s Business Terms — you must comply with those separately.

Acceptable use. Klar is for genuine sales, support, and customer-service conversations with people who opted in. No spam, no unsolicited outreach, no evasion of Meta’s per-conversation caps.

Billing. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in GBP. VAT added at UK rates. Meta’s per-conversation charges pass through at cost. Cancel from settings any time — no phone call, no email required.

SLA. We target 99.5% platform uptime for the shared inbox. Priority-tier SLA with credits is available on Business plans.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
